Experience Summary

Shane is a practicing planning professional with ten years of experience, including seven years of local government experience. Shane also is certified in the use of Geographic Information Systems-GIS, a mapping software program used by local governments to locate and inventory infrastructure and resources. He is experienced in developing ordinances, comprehensive plans, water and sewer plans and related processes, municipal build-out analyses, land preservation plans, heritage preservation plans, and environmental plans. Shane has a strong client oriented approach to his work tasks with an emphasis on providing accurate information, useful end products, and practical implementation based on his experience in local government.
