Town of Denton, Maryland: Pattern Book

 

The Denton Pattern Book defines the collective goals for the future character of the Town of Denton, Maryland.  Community

character is rooted in the unique local culture and intrinsic qualities of the Town's built form.  The Pattern Book chronicles the

outcomes of a cooperative project that included the Denton Town Council, the Denton Planning Commission, the Denton

Historic and Architectural Review Committee, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, and the Consulting Teams of

Urban Design Associates and Redman/Johnston Associates, Ltd.   A number of public meetings were held throughout the
