The 2009 Hebron Comprehensive Plan is intended to serve as a blueprint for
the Town's future. It contains goals and objectives applicable to
various subject matters ranging from quality of life to natural resources,
land use and community services, and serves as a guide for public and
private decision makers in the short and long term. In addition, the
Comprehensive Plan identifies specific planning recommendations and
implementation strategies which the Town residents, businesses, property
owners and organizations can initiate to help achieve their future vision
for the community.
The 2009 Comprehensive Plan is a revision of the 2007 Hebron
Comprehensive Plan that adds a Municipal Growth and Water Resources element
in compliance with House Bill 1141. Copies of the draft
2009 Hebron Comprehensive Plan are available from the links below. The Hebron Planning Commission has tentatively
scheduled a public hearing on the draft Plan for November 2009. The public
is encouraged to review the draft Plan and comment at the public hearing.
