Experience Summary

Leslie specializes in planning and analysis related to historic preservation, economic development, tourism, housing, and natural and recreation resources.  Her experience in the research, editing, and development of technical publications allows her to draw from a wide range of skills to enhance the form and content of planning documents, including design and historic preservation guidelines, focused studies of issue-related topics, and strategic plans for towns, counties and regional entities.
